Orders are processed within 1–2 business days or 10-14 business days if item is on pre-order after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day/s.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Major cities: 2–4 business days
Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
