What if it doesn’t work for me?

We understand that every family’s needs are different. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact us at hello@foreverlittle.co.za, and we’ll assist you with the return proces

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days or 10-14 business days if item is on pre-order. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for outlying areas, depending on your location.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The final shipping fee will be shown before you complete your purchase. We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.

Can you tell me more about your shipping process?

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 2–4 business days or 10-14 business days if item is on pre-order. After dispatch, your order is handed over to a trusted courier and a tracking link is sent to you via email, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to see the real-time status of your delivery.

Will I pay customs?

No. All orders are shipped within South Africa, so there are no customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay, including shipping.
