At Forever Little, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

 

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged items cannot be returned.

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@foreverlittle.co.za with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

 

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
